Brompton Lakes Lodges (5 star) Review of Brompton Lakes. Reviewed 29 July 2013. Just came back from a long weekend at Brompton Lakes Lodges near Richmond, North Yorkshire. We stayed in the Florence lodge which was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Everything about it was fantastic, very peaceful and quiet yet very accessible by car.
